How long after purchase should I anticipate waiting to receive my order?
- Domestic orders (Within United States) takes 5-7 business days to be delivered
- International orders (Outside United States) may take up to 25 business day to be delivered.
What is your return policy?
- Customers have 10 days to return or request an exchange after receiving purchased product. Customers may request an exchange or return by emailing us at favelafashionllc@gmail.com
Do you offer sizes smaller or larger that what is displayed on your website?
- Yes. Should you need either a children's or adult size shirt which is not displayed as an option, simply contact us at favelafashionllc@gmail.com and we will work to accommodate your needs.
What do I need to include in my return packaging?
- Please include your name, order number, and reason for return or exchange. If you are requesting another size, please indicate what is the correct size needed.
How can I track my order?
- Tracking numbers will be sent out via email once orders have been completely processed and shipped
